We partnered with a client to develop Subscriptionist, a web application designed to revolutionize subscription and account management. Addressing challenges of real-time updates and secure access, our solution integrated Dynamics CRM with Azure Services for seamless data handling and custom visuals. Featuring Azure AD B2C authentication, interactive dashboards, and scalable architecture, Subscriptionist delivers an intuitive, efficient, and secure platform to enhance business efficiency and user engagement.

Deliverables

The Subscriptionist web application provides a fully functional, visually rich platform integrated with Dynamics CRM for real-time subscription and account management. It features an intuitive user interface designed in alignment with client specifications, incorporating interactive charts, detailed tables, and a responsive tab-based structure. The authentication system is securely configured using Azure AD B2C, offering a customized login page. Additionally, the platform ensures seamless data processing by utilizing Azure Functions and Service Bus to maintain an efficient and scalable system, supporting real-time updates and enhanced user engagement.

Problem Statement

Managing subscriptions, accounts, and customer data in a streamlined manner can be challenging without a centralized platform. Organizations struggle with tracking real-time changes, ensuring secure access, and maintaining a visually intuitive system that aligns with business needs. Traditional subscription management solutions often lack integration with modern cloud services, making real-time updates and efficient data handling difficult. There is a need for a dynamic web application that combines seamless CRM integration, secure authentication, and robust data processing to enhance overall business operations.

Solution We Provided

To address these challenges, we developed Subscriptionist using a powerful and scalable tech stack. The platform integrates directly with Dynamics CRM, ensuring that any update or creation of an activity line is immediately processed via Azure Service Bus. Azure Functions then handle data extraction, transforming it into an Azure Blob Storage file, which is dynamically used for generating real-time charts and tables. The frontend is built using Power Pages with customized CSS, ensuring a sleek and interactive user experience. Authentication is securely handled via Azure AD B2C with a custom login page designed per client requirements. This architecture guarantees an efficient, secure, and visually appealing subscription management platform, allowing businesses to optimize their workflows with ease.
